1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veogen.studio's AI video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Veogen.studio provides an AI-powered video generation platform using Veo 3.1 Fast technology. We generate videos from text descriptions, with options for audio generation and frame control.
3. User Accounts
- a. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- b. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- c. You must provide accurate and complete information
- d. One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
- e.Reselling or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination
4. Credits & Payment
- Credits are used to generate videos and do not expire
- Credits are deducted when video generation starts
- 3-day money-back guarantee if not satisfied with the service
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
5. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use our service to generate:
- Illegal, harmful, or violent content
- Adult or sexually explicit material
- Content that infringes on intellectual property
- Deepfakes or misleading content about real people
6. Intellectual Property
Subscribers retain ownership of their generated videos and have full commercial usage rights. Veogen.studio retains all rights to the underlying technology, platform, and AI models.
7. Service Availability & Data Storage
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Important: Generated videos are stored for 3 days maximum and then automatically deleted. Please download your videos if you wish to keep them permanently.
8. Limitation of Liability
Veogen.studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and generated content may be deleted.
